super6T/e is our Sovereign Australian NATO 6T lithium iron phosphate energy battery for silent watch, auxiliary power and deep-cycle defence use. Designed to MIL-PRF-32565C, run by superBMS and supported by superSentinel diagnostics.
Sovereign manufacture · NSW, Australia
01 / the product family
The pack carries the energy, the battery management system keeps it safe and inspectable, and the field diagnostics turn a sealed box into an observable asset.
product 01 · super6T/e
The envelope, mounting and terminals are unchanged. What changes is the mass, the cycle life and who wrote the code that keeps the pack safe.
About 41 kg lighter per position, with no change to mounting or terminals.

product 02 · superBMS
Australian-developed battery management firmware with an inspectable safety path, designed and coded in Sydney and adapted to other platforms on request.
Go to superBMSproduct 03 · superSentinel
superSentinel is a standalone handheld monitor that gives technicians a self-contained view of every super6T/e pack, so readiness and maintenance decisions are made on evidence rather than assumption.

02 / why super6T/e
100% Australian-developed firmware with secure boot, AES-256 encrypted updates and dual-redundant CAN. No foreign code in the safety path.
A sovereign Australian NATO 6T battery system, providing a secure allied second source for procurement teams.
24 kg in the standard NATO 6T envelope, about 41 kg lighter than a 65 kg lead-acid 6T reference.
non-spillable LFP chemistry that is non-propagating, keeping failure energy inside the cell rather than spreading across the pack.
A 3,000-cycle cell specification to 80% capacity, active balancing and over 95% round-trip efficiency reduce whole-of-life cost.
superSentinel and CAN telemetry report state of charge, health and faults in real time for deployed support teams.

At -20 C the unheated cold-floor value is 70 Ah; the integrated heater recovers capacity toward the 25 C figure.
rate capability at 25 C
2C and 3C are pulse-rated and duration-limited. The 20.0 V BMS cut-off protects cells under sustained heavy draw.
cycle life vs DoD
Optimised for sustained auxiliary, standby and silent power, not for starting duty.
05 / integrated intelligence
The superBMS carries a fuel-gauge IC, a MEMS accelerometer and an environment sensor on a single board, all reporting in real time over the CAN bus.
A fuel gauge for SoC, SoH and remaining capacity reports usable runtime over CAN.
The ST LIS3DH 3-axis MEMS accelerometer supports free-fall, motion, tamper and impact event logging.
The BME688 gas, pressure, humidity and temperature sensor supports off-gas and early thermal-event detection.
superSentinel
superSentinel is a standalone handheld monitor with an on-device colour display plus a secure on-board Wi-Fi web app for any phone, tablet or laptop. No internet, nothing in the cloud.
superSentinel is in field trials, with OEM platform integration under way.
Go to superSentinelView deployed super6T fleet condition, pack status and operating data through a field-ready interface.
Support authorised battery management activity through the local service workflow for technicians and operators.
Capture evidence for readiness, maintenance and operational support without relying on cloud services.
Use self-contained Wi-Fi with no internet connection and nothing in the cloud for field diagnostics.
06 / environmental and resilience
where it goes
Quiet auxiliary, standby and silent-watch power for sensors, comms and equipment when the engine or generator is off.
Replaces generators, diesel and lead-acid where noise, fumes and import risk must be reduced.
Rugged sovereign energy for high-risk places, from armoured platforms to remote communications.
07 / compliance, qualification and ordering
