super6T/e battery pack

Defence product family

Available to order

Three products: super6T/e, superBMS, superSentinel.

super6T/e is our Sovereign Australian NATO 6T lithium iron phosphate energy battery for silent watch, auxiliary power and deep-cycle defence use. Designed to MIL-PRF-32565C, run by superBMS and proven in the field by superSentinel.

01 / the product family

One battery platform, expressed as three products.

The pack carries the energy, the battery management system keeps it safe and inspectable, and the field diagnostics turn a sealed box into an observable asset.

product 01 · super6T/e

Sovereign firmware and military-grade LFP, in a drop-in NATO 6T.

The envelope, mounting and terminals are unchanged. What changes is the mass, the cycle life and who wrote the code that keeps the pack safe.

mass in the same NATO 6T envelope
super6T/e24 kg
lead-acid 6T reference65 kg

About 41 kg lighter per position, with no change to mounting or terminals.

product 02 · superBMS

The cybersecure intelligence inside every pack.

Australian-developed battery management firmware with an inspectable safety path, designed and coded in Sydney and adapted to other platforms on request.

product 03 · superSentinel

Field diagnostics for deployed fleets.

superSentinel gives technicians a self-contained view of every super6T/e pack, so readiness and maintenance decisions are made on evidence rather than assumption.

  • On-device colour display for pack state and faults
  • Self-contained Wi-Fi web app for any phone, tablet or laptop
  • Event and service evidence captured without cloud services

02 / why super6T/e

Six reasons integrators specify it.

01

Sovereign and cybersecure

100% Australian-developed firmware with secure boot, AES-256 encrypted updates and dual-redundant CAN. No foreign code in the safety path.

02

Sovereign, resilient supply

The only NATO 6T designed and built in Australia, providing a secure allied second source for procurement teams.

03

Lighter and drop-in

24 kg in the standard NATO 6T envelope, about 41 kg lighter than a 65 kg lead-acid 6T reference.

04

Intrinsically safe

non-spillable LFP chemistry that is non-propagating, keeping failure energy inside the cell rather than spreading across the pack.

05

Long life, lower cost of ownership

A 3,000-cycle cell specification to 80% capacity, active balancing and over 95% round-trip efficiency reduce whole-of-life cost.

06

Total visibility and sustainment

superSentinel and CAN telemetry report state of charge, health and faults in real time for deployed support teams.

05 / integrated intelligence

Three sensors, one cybersecure board.

The superBMS carries a fuel-gauge IC, a MEMS accelerometer and an environment sensor on a single board, all reporting in real time over the CAN bus.

sensor 01

Fuel gauge

ModelGauge and coulomb counting track SOC, SOH and remaining capacity, then report usable runtime over CAN.

sensor 02

Accelerometer

ST LIS3DH sensing supports free-fall, motion, tamper and impact event logging.

sensor 03

Environment

BME688 sensing supports gas, pressure, humidity and temperature context inside the battery intelligence layer.
