Founded in 2015, we are an Australian owned and operated lithium-ion battery technology and manufacturing company. Responsible for Australia’s first battery Gigafactory, a 4,500m2 purpose-built advanced manufacturing facility, with no industrial effluent and designed to be powered by clean energy, based in Tomago in regional NSW.
The scalable and automated facility produces a suite of Renaissance superStorage™ products, delivered in an array of ready to install solutions. With ambitions to expand rapidly our facilities will deliver over 5GWh of combined capacity and incorporate lithium-ion cell manufacture.
Energy Renaissance is the only Australian company actively developing a large-scale ‘cells to solutions’ model, with long-term research collaboration and partnerships shaping product development and manufacturing growth and redeploying local resources to support a smooth transition to a renewable energy future.

Our locally designed and developed battery technology is manufactured right here in Australia with BESS shipping from our Renaissance One facility in Tomago NSW.
